By accessing or using FencerApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use of Service
You may use FencerApp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any systems
- Use the service to transmit any malicious code or harmful materials
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FencerApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data, quotes, invoices, and content you create using FencerApp.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FencerApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
